Dash has cracked from the passenger side airbag to the front of dash cap and along instrument cluster to the front of dash cap. This can easily cause a problem should the airbag go off. At this point i believe the center of the dash would shatter sending shrapnel to every direction inside the truck should the airbag go off or a collision. Interior upper dash cracked at 11,000. Always garaged. Known issue with '07-'13 gm trucks. Potential damage to passenger air bag upon inflation. Due to sharp corners on crack the airbag could be damaged or become inoperative due to a puncture upon inflation.

The dash is cracked, there are two cracks where the air-bag is, which could possibly interfere with the deployment of the air-bag. This problem is widespread and involves several models and several years. I contacted the dealership and also general motors and they refuse to do anything to fix it.
