Steering
Stabilitrak warning comes up and then it warns about reduction in steering assist. When i am parking or driving at a low speed it is hard to turn the wheel. My truck also shuts down and comes right back on when this happens.

Complete loss of power steering along with speed control being disabled when a turn signal is activated. Recall 17v414000 has already been completed and did not correct the problem. Both of these issues occur during the same drive cycle (issues have not happened simultaneously but will both occur at some point during the same drive cycle) they seem to only happen on drive cycles that last longer than 45 minutes.
